Miss Sixty: Almost Forgotten

I used to buy a pair of Miss Sixty jeans every year but the label has been lost on my radar for the past 2 years. I have almost forgotten about Miss Sixty till I saw this picture in the latest issue of Paragon's magazine. Love this look with the contrasting striped dress and shimmery belt, from the Fall 2007 collection. I'm heading there this weekend.

Fossil Anadigi Watch with Wooden Inlay

Went to the Hereen Fossil boutique yesterday after a workout at the gym just to search for this watch and alas, only the display piece was left! The helpful sales assistant called the Suntec store to check it out and it was the same situation over there. I decided against getting the display piece as the leather strap looked so worn out and they couldn't change it to a new one.

I so love the contrast of the wood inlay with the polished silver tone metal case.

Femme Sud Book Clutch

Gorgeous book clutch from Femme Sud under the Ex Libris Collection. Each design comes in limited edition of 999 pieces each. Beautiful exterior and fun interior with coin purse, lipstick and mirror provided. Choices include: Diary, Photo Album, Bible, Fame and Fortune. The Birds and The Bees above is my favourite - the coin purse is aptly labelled as "Nest Egg". My long-time lust at Femme Sud from NYC.

Lady-Bird Earrings

I almost threw away this pair of Peter Lang lady-bird earrings when it dropped into the bin by accident. Luckily, I caught it in time when the Alannah Hill tag caught my attention. Phew!

My outfit today: Green and black retro print dress from Mango. Black tights from Topshop and burgundy patent leather Mary Janes from Tod's. Paired with my Green Green earrings.

Club 21 Fashion For the Environment Charity Auction

As part of its 35th anniversary celebration, Club 21 will be holding a Charity Auction on Ebay with lovely items contributed by international designers like Marni, Giorgio Armani, Marc Jacobs and Donna Karen, Tsumori Chisato and others. 35 gorgeous items in total, with some to be auctioned at a live auction by Christie's in November. Maison Martin's flower vest, Paul Smith's vintage floral print handbag and Marc Jacob's tee shirts shown above.

In typical Betsey Johnson fashion, she finished off the latest Spring Summer 2008 show with a cartwheel. Theme this season: prom dresses through the ages. Beautiful party dresses in her quirky style. All candy colored and wonderful to admire. Especially love the dreamy dress on top.

Just last week, Emporio Armani has broken away from an age-old tradition and for the first time hired Yoox Group SpA to set up a new online boutique at http://www.emporioarmani.com/. The European and Asian websites are expected to follow within the next 1 or 2 years. Categorised into 2 sections, "Experience" allows views of the current EA looks while "Shop Online" is a virtual store displaying the latest collections. Apparently, great pains have been taken to recreate the architectural of the flag-ship Milan store online. Each showcase has even been optically presented to reflect a spotlight effect ala the original store. Via The Wall Street Journal.

Black Vest

Just couldn't resist getting the same vest in a different color. :D I paired the black vest with a grey tee and a SOOT necklace. Strictly this was my outfit 2 days ago.

Lime Green and Brown Boots

While clearing the other half of the shoe closet, I rediscovered this never-been-worn pair of lime green and brown ankle boots. Good timing now that ankle boots are all the rage again. It's so funky chic and I just love the colors! I got this from a friend who bought it in Hong Kong as a sample. I'm going to work my wardrobe around this for the next few days.

Vest: Love the collar

I just love this beige vest, a recent purchase from a shop at The Hereen. The collar, instead of being sewn outwards, is inverted instead so that the pointy corners are faced inwards, making an interesting statement. I have matched it with my grey Blythe tee and beigey brown capris. A chunky SOOT bracelet completes the look.
